 Hi, I'm Andrew, welcome to my blog today! Today we will discuss the topic of "what is Amazons “FBA?"

Before we start talking about what a transaction with an Amazon seller is, let's talk about the most efficient method of dealing with any type of transactions that you can find on the internet! I mean, do you know when you are reading this article that every third person in the world is using some sort of services or product on the Internet? Well, according to me they use three different approaches; 1st, 2nd, 3rd… but only after several days they reach a conclusion on which one would be more helpful and profitable for them.

So here the question that I am asking myself when I saw a page like "What is Amazon FBA" in the first place was: How a company like 'Wyze' or 'The Freelancer World" could produce such products? A simple answer to this question is that by building a website and putting up ads on it they are able to gain millions in sales. To become successful online businesses nowadays everybody have a lot of things they want and need and in order to do so they buy something (Seller) from another company so that he/she could sell their goods on his/her web platform and get money when someone buys the goods. Usually Amazon is considered as the middle man between buyers and sellers so it needs to build a solid base where people would come to buy any kind of goods and then put ads about it on its pages and make sure that there are good reviews about it from customers. When the buyer comes to Amazon he/she will see a list of goods that he/she wants to buy and then it will show advertisements on those items. If the item has good reviews then that particular seller gets a commission of 10%. If the seller does not want to take part in selling his/hers items then he/she can say no. So, if a customer finds a good and honest seller then it is safe to say that he/she will never go another time so he would definitely recommend him/her to the other buyer.

But, there is one thing that can happen and that is the possibility that your Amazon Seller might disappear. Because according to Google search results, Amazon appears at the top and many retailers are on that position of google in order to compete with Amazon. For example, the CEO of Wyze said in an interview that a large number of small retailers will start buying from Amazon because they will have a great advantage in comparison with the competitors who will try to create physical stores where everything you need to do can be found. But I think that Amazon won't just disappear in front of many retailers but also in front of our eyes; I know that it must be very bad for the society because we do not talk about who is the responsible party. We put ads everywhere and that should be enough for people to do that.

So, I guess that in this new era of e-commerce Amazon really needs to change and adapt to the changing environment in order to become more popular. And I believe that its better to look into the market and analyze what is working and what not working and what will help Amazon in future. So, in my opinion, Amazon has failed somehow in 2020 and they will do the same in 2019. We do not live in a perfect world but sometimes human beings will make mistakes. Just in a few years I can see them losing millions each month. I hope that it will not take long time to fix that problem.
